Q.  Is this dance affiliated with or does it represent a club?

A.  No.  There was a need to form a singles dance for adults on Saturday nights.   This dance specifically addresses the needs of those who choose to dance and socialize and is not a social club with specified membership.

Q.  What do the women and men wear to the dance?

A.  This venue is not a formal affair.  The females wear dress pants, skirts, dresses, and jeans.   Prom like attire is not common at our events.  Males wear dress slacks, Docker-like slacks, and jeans.   Although our hall has air-conditioning, some guests may feel more comfortable in shorts.  This is fine, too; however, we discourage cut-off, sleeveless t-shirts.

Q.  Is there a calendar of upcoming dances?

A.  At the present time, there will be at least one dance every 2-3 weeks based upon the availability of the hall.  People appreciate continuity, but currently we must schedule our dances on dates of availability provided to us by the West View V.F.W.  Upcoming scheduled dances are temporarily postponed due to covid19!
